
Shipping:​

PLEASE make sure you enter the correct shipping address when ordering. If your order has shipped and you entered the wrong address, I am not liable if the package is lost or returned to me. You will have to reach out to me and also pay the extra shipping cost to have it sent back out.
PROCESSING TIME:
(This is not including the shipping time)
Please be aware processing times will be about 2-4 weeks. Orders typically ship out within 1-2 weeks, but sometimes there are delays with production. You will receive a shipping notification when your order ships. So it is crucial you enter your email address correctly to stay updated on your order.
SHIPPING TIME:
The speed in which your package will arrive is determined by the carrier, not by Celestial Pages. Many factors can delay shipments. Before you reach out to Celestial Pages because your package has not shown up in the days estimated, you need to reach out to your local postal service and see if something is delaying it.
DELAYED OR LOST PACKAGES:
You can track your package through the shipment confirmation email. Please check to make sure the address you entered in the order is correct. If it is, then please contact your local post office and they will help you. If you think your shipment is delayed or lost, you need to contact your local post office. Please do not contact Celestial Pages before you contact your local postal service.

If you entered in the wrong shipping address, and it has already shipped, I am not liable for the package being lost. If it is returned to me, you need to reach out to me, and you will have to pay the extra shipping cost for me to send it back to you with the correct address.

If your shipment has been lost by the carrier, please contact Celestial Pages AFTER contacting the carrier service.

Celestial Pages does not send out replacement packages if a claim is not filed with the carrier service. Once a claim is filed we will issue a credit or replacement products at our discretion
Celestial Pages is not responsible for stolen packages and will not be refunding or replacing stolen packages. Please contact your local postal service if this happens and coordinate with them on next steps. Once your package is shipped, it is out of our control and we can only go by the tracking details provided.

Returns and Exchanges:

RETURNS:
I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase (email receipt). Requesting a return does not automatically guarantee that your request will be accepted. Celestial Pages reserves the right to simply deny a request with no further explanation needed.

To return, you can contact me at shopcelestialpages@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, I will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

I cannot accept returns on sale items or items licensed by Sarah J Maas.

REFUNDS:
I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund once it has been submitted by Celestial Pages.
DAMAGES OR ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. I cannot accept returns/exchanges for or replace products that have been damaged, defective, or is the wrong product(s) if it has been longer than 20 days after receiving your item(s).
EXCHANGES:
Celestial Pages does not accept exchanges at this time.
